Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-demand periods or sales events, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Backorders & Pre-orders

If an item is on backorder or pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be noted on the product page. Your order will ship as soon as all items are available.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
